In this area we will describe the components necessary for the creation of a Zoom Room.

  1. One or two TVs connected to the computer.

  1. Computer with Zoom Rooms for Conference Room Software installed. Download Software.

Important

The computer must be connected to the network and have an internet connection.

  1. Tablet with application Controllers for Zoom Rooms to control the zoom room Download Software.

Important

The tablet must be on the same network as the computer.

Note

Zoom Rooms are setup using the Zoom Platform by IATec. Each office has a maximum of two Zoom Rooms, al that is needed for it to function is the hardware and to open a request with IATec to complete the implementation.
