In this area we will describe the components necessary for the creation of a Zoom Room.

1. One or two TVs connected to the computer.

3. Computer with **Zoom Rooms for Conference Room** Software installed. `Download Software <https://adventistas.zoom.us/download>`_. 

 .. important:: The computer must be connected to the network and have an internet connection.

4. Tablet with application **Controllers for Zoom Rooms** to control the zoom room `Download Software <https://adventistas.zoom.us/download>`_. 

 .. important:: The tablet must be on the same network as the computer.


.. note:: Zoom Rooms are setup using the Zoom Platform by IATec. Each office has a maximum of two Zoom Rooms, al that is needed for it to function is the hardware and to open a request with IATec to complete the implementation.
